徐氏抗类风湿胶囊药理活性研究

Study on the pharmacological activity of Xushi anti-rheumatoid capsule

目的研究徐氏抗类风湿胶囊药理活性。方法分别建立佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型组、AA治疗组和正常组。建模成功第10天,治疗组以徐氏抗类风湿胶囊药粉制成溶液(6mg.Kg-1,0.5mL)灌胃给药,模型组和正常组以0.9%氯化钠溶液,0.5mL灌胃,各组均连续给药16 d。记录各组大鼠体重、足跖肿胀指标及脏器指数。结果治疗组大鼠体重变化不明显;足跖容积、厚度减小;脏器指数高于模型组和正常组。结论徐氏抗类风湿胶囊对类风湿关节炎具有一定治疗作用。

Objective To study the pharmacological activity of Xushi anti-rheumatoid capsule.Methods Establish the Wistar rat groups by FCA of AA rat model and AA treatment model,and normal model.On the 10th day after successful model,the treatment group was intragastric administration with Xushi solution（6mg · kg-1,0.5ml）,the AA group and normal group with 0.9% sodium chloride solution,all successive administration 16 days.The indexes of body weight,voixpedis swelling and organ index.Results The treatment group＇s body weight changes were not obvious;the voixpedis volume or thickness were diminution;the organ index was higher than the AA rat model or the normal model.Conclusions Xushi anti-rheumatoid capsule has curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis.
