From March 2010 to December 2011, Anyang Archaeological Team of the Institute of Archaeology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences conducted the third session of excavation in Liuji-azhuang Locus North. Among the recovered remains, the roads of Yinxu Period formed the framework of the distribution of the remains in the excavated areas: flanking the roads, the pottery kilns, house foundations, wells, ash pits, sacrificial pits and burials of various periods were distributed. These re- mains might be related to the pottery workshop zone. In addition, the rammed-earth architectural structure of F79 was the first case of this type discovered in Yinxu Site, and the circular bronze zun-vessel with ridges and inscriptions found from the hoard in its east courtyard was also first seen in Yinxu. The sacrificial pit H77 yielding bronze seals with scripts and the family cemetery represented by M70 might all be related to the " " clan. The excavation of Liujiazhuang Locus North provided important materials for the researches on the production and arrangement of the handicraft workshops in Yinxu Period.
