摘要
目的研究颈动脉狭窄患者同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与炎性因子纤维蛋白原(FIB)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法收集156例颈动脉狭窄患者(CAS组)、138例健康人(对照组)血液标本,采用循环酶法检测血浆HCY水平,Glauss凝固法测定FIB水平,胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定CRP水平。结果 CAS组HCY、FIB和CRP的水平均较对照组升高(P均<0.05),CAS组HCY和CRP水平、FIB水平呈正相关(r=0.412,0.459,P均<0.05)。结论 HCY水平变化与FIB及CRP有关,与颈动脉狭窄的发生密切相关,三者联合检测对颈动脉狭窄的预防、早期诊断及治疗均有重要意义。
Objective Observing the correlation between the homocysteine (Hcy) and the Inflammatory (actor, such as Fibrinogen (FIB), C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with carotid artery stenosis. Methods Collecting 156 cases of carotid artery stenosis as the CAS Group, 138 healthy people's blood samples as the control group. The levels of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) were detected by enzymatic cycling. The intensity of fibrinogen(FIB) were examined by using the method of solidification of Glauss. The intensity of C-reactive pro- tein (CRP) were detected by using the method of Latex enhanced immune transmission turbidity. Results Lev- els of Hey, FIB and CRP in the CAS Group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P~ 0. I)5). In the CAS Group, there is a significant positive correlation between the Hcy and the FIB, CRP levels (r = 0. 412,0. 459, P〈0. 05). Conclusions Hcy,FIB, CRP levels and carotid artery stenosis are closely relat- ed. The joint detection of the three factors is of great importance in the prevention, early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of carotid artery stenosis.
