平山病临床诊疗最新进展 被引量：2

摘要 平山病（Hirayama disease，HD）是发生于青少年单侧或双侧手及前臂缓慢进展性无力和萎缩性疾病。日本学者平山惠造（KeizoHirayama）1959年首先报道。除日本外，多数报道来自亚洲；欧洲、北美及澳洲各地均有报道。2000年全世界共报道约1400例。2010年有学者回顾性分析了我国192例HD患者的临床特点；
