剖宫产后留置尿管开放状态对排尿的影响

Study of the Urination after Continuous or Intermit Open State of the Urethral Catheter in Patients after Cesarean Delivery

目的探讨剖宫产术后留置尿管间歇开放与持续开放对拔除导尿管后排尿功能的影响。方法选择192例行剖宫产术的产妇,随机分为两组。实验组96例,留置尿管夹闭,间隔4 h或有尿意感开放;对照组96例,留置尿管持续开放。观察拔出尿管后第一次排尿时间及是否需诱导排尿等情况。结果实验组拔除导尿管后第一次排尿时间(2.25±0.12)h和自行排尿成功率为95.83%,均高于对照组第一次排尿时间(3.11±0.15)h和自行排尿成功率72.92%(P﹤0.05),实验组尿道刺激征出现率(2.08%)明显低于对照组(10.42%)(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后留置尿管间歇开放,可有效减少排尿困难,预防尿潴留的发生,有利于产妇身体的恢复。

Objective To study the effect of continuous flow of urine and intermittent flow of urine through urethral catheter in patients after cesarean section. Methods 192 cases of elective cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups. 96 patients were in the experimental group with indwelling catheter been opened after 4-hour- clamping or been opened when the patient felt like urination. 96 patients in control group with catheter continuously open. The interval between the first urination time and the cath- eter removing was observed. Results The time of the first urination and the success rate of self urination in the experimental group was（2.25 ± 0.12） h and 95.83% respectively, which was higher than that of the control group, （3.1l ±0.15）h and 72.92% （P 〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, the ex- perimental group decreased in the incidence of urethral irritation, 10.42% vs. 2.08% （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
