上颌骨复合性损伤120例临床疗效观察

Treatment and Effective Observation on 120 Cases of Maxillary Complex Injuries

目的分析上颌骨复合性损伤的临床特点,探讨上颌骨复合性损伤的救治方法与效果。方法对2008年2月至2011年6月本院120例上颌骨复合性损伤病例进行回顾性分析。结果经过治疗后,120例生存患者的治愈率为65%(78/120),内固定手术的治愈率高于保守治疗(P<0.05),其中以咀嚼功能恢复情况最好,发音次之,外形恢复效果最差,内固定手术并发症比保守治疗少(P<0.05)。结论上颌骨复合性损伤的治疗效果受治疗时机、手术路径、治疗方法等多种因素影响,及早施行坚强内固定术能减少并发症发生情况,有利于功能恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of the maxillary complex injury and to investigate the treatment and effects of maxillary complex fractures. Methods 120 cases with maxillary complex injuries from February 2008 to June 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cure rate was 65% （78/120） in the 120 survived cases. The cure rate of surgical treatments were better than non-surgical ways（P 〈 O. 05）. And the complication rate with surgical treatments was less than non-surgical ways too（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The re- covery of chewing function was the best, then the pronunciation function, and appearance was the last one. Conclusions The therapeutic efficacy of maxillary complex injury is influenced by treatment opportunity, surgical approach, methods of treatment and so on. The early firm internal fixation can reduce the compli- cation, strengthen the functional protection and restore the function of the injured organs. This method is worth to promotion.
