超声造影在乳腺良恶性肿块鉴别诊断的研究进展

Research progress of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in discrimination of malignant from benign breast masses

超声造影能够强化显示乳腺肿瘤的微血管形态。大部分乳腺恶性肿瘤的血供丰富程度、灌注方式、时间-强度曲线定量参数等与良性肿块不同。本文就乳腺超声造影近年来的研究进展做一综述。

The microvessel morphological of breast tumor can be intensively imaged by contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS）.There are significant differences between malignant and benign tumors in blood supply, perfusion pattern and the characteristics of time-intensity curve. This article reviews the recent progress of CEUS in the diagnosis of breast tumor.
