摘要 Rho蛋白是一种小分子三磷酸鸟苷结合蛋白,目前已从哺乳动物中分离出20种Rho蛋白家族成员。骨骼肌细胞肌动蛋白组合和细胞运动主要受Rho激酶调节。Rho/Rho激酶信号通路是在体内普遍存在,它通过调节细胞内肌动蛋白骨架的聚合状态参与多种细胞功能,包括细胞收缩、迁移、黏附、增殖、凋亡及基因表达等。Rho/Rho激酶信号通路的异常启动在心血管疾病的发病机制和病理生理中发挥了重要作用,对此信号转导通路的研究可为心血管的预防和治疗提供新的靶点。 Rho protein is a kind of small GTP binding protein.At present,we have separated 20 kinds of Rho protein family members from mammals.Rho kinases are major regulators of actin cytoskeletal organization and cell motility.The Rho/Rho-kinase signal pathway is a ubiquitous pathway in intracelluar signal transduction.With the changes of cell actin cytoskeleton,the Rho/Rho-kinase signal pathway coordinates diverse cellular functions,such as adhesion,contraction,migration,proliferation,apoptosis and gene expression.The abnormal activation of Rho/Rho-kinase signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathogenesis and pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease,which possibly makes Rho-kinase an important therapeutic target for cardiovascular disease.
