mTOR信号及其阻断剂在肾小球疾病中对足细胞的作用 被引量:2

摘要 肾脏脏层上皮细胞位于肾小球基底膜外侧,分为胞体、初级突起和次级突起。次级突起又被称为足突,由于肾脏脏层上皮细胞有很多足突,因此该细胞又称为足细胞。足细胞及其足突间的裂隙膜蛋白构成了肾小球滤过屏障的最外层,在维持肾小球结构和功能中发挥着重要的作用。哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶分子(roTOR)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶,作用于pTos6激酶4EBPI后可调节细胞周期,使细胞增殖以及蛋白质合成增加。越来越多的研究显示mTOR信号对于足细胞具有非常重要的作用,以下就以mTOR信号及其阻断剂在常见肾小球疾病中对足细胞的作用做一简要综述。
