摘要
探讨氟砷联合作用对子代生长发育的影响及其原因。方法:本研究采用两代一窝繁殖实验的方法,观察Wistar大鼠暴露于氟砷后其子代生长发育和激素水平的变化。结果:随染毒剂量的增加仔鼠体砷和体氟含量显著增加,T_3和GH含量逐渐降低,高剂量组仔鼠体重明显降低。结论:氟砷可通过胎盘屏障而影响其子代的生长发育。
Objective: To prove the effects of the fluoride-arsenic joint exposure on the growth and development of rats offspring as well as its reasons. Methods: With the method of two generations-one nest reproductive test, the conditions of growth and development and the levels of hormones in the blood in the offspring of Wistar rats were determined. Results: With the raise of exposed dose, the contents of fluoride and arsenic in the offspring of rats were increased obviously, and the concentrations of T_3 and GH were decreased gradually; the weights of offspring in high dose group were decreased distinctly. Conclusion: The fluoride and arsenic could pass the placenta barrier and displayed the distinct inhibition on the growth and development of the offspring.
