新疆不同民族p16、Rb基因在食管癌中的表达及其意义

Abnormal expression of p16 and Rb protein in esophageal carcinoma tissues of the different nationality in Xinjiang and its significance

研究新疆不同民族食管癌组织内ｐ１６、Ｒｂ蛋白表达与其生物学行为的关系。方法：应用免疫组化链霉蛋白－过氧化物酶连接法（ＬＳＡＢ法）检测１１９例不同民族食管癌ｐ１６、Ｒｂ蛋白表达。结果：新疆食管癌１６蛋白的阳性检出率为５７．９％， Ｒｂ蛋白阳性检出率为４１．２％，二者在民族间的阳性表达率均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。随着恶性程度增加及病程进展，ｐ１６蛋白阳性率逐渐下降，Ｒｂ蛋白阳性率逐渐上升，但未发现二者呈负相关关系（Ｐ＞０．０５）。ｐ１６、Ｒｂ蛋白阳性均与组织学分级无关（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）；ｐ１６蛋白阳性与肿瘤浸润深度以及淋巴结转移有关（Ｐ ＜０．０５），而Ｒｂ蛋白阳性与肿瘤浸润深度无关（Ｐ＞ ０．０５），与淋巴结转移有关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：食管癌组织内ｐ１６、 Ｒｂ蛋白表达在新疆不同民族之间无显著性差异；检测ｐ１６、Ｒｂ蛋白表达的情况有助于判断食管癌的恶性程度以及推断临床预后。

Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of p16, Rb Proteins and biologic behaviour of esophageal carcinoma of different nationality. in Xinjiang. Methods: The p16 and Rb protein in 119 cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues of different nationality were examined by immunohistochemical LSAB technique. Results: The positive frequency of pl6 and Rb protein were 57.9% (69/119) and 41.2% (49/119) respectively in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Expression of p16 protein was decreasing while Rb protein was increasing in the process of progression of these lessions, but no negative reciprocal relationship between pl6 and Rb expression in esophageal carcinoma was found (P>0.05). There were close relation between pl6 protein expression and lyphonode involvement (P<0.05). The expression of p16 protein in tumor of nodal metastasis cases was lower than that of nodal negative cases (P<0.05); The expression of Rb protein in tumor of nodal metastasis cases was higher than that of nodal negative cases (P<0.05). Conclusion: No statistic significance of p16 and Rb immunocreacitivity in tumor among the different nationality distributions in Xinjiang was found. However, the determination of p16 and Rb proteins might be useful for assessing the degree of malignancy, metastatic potential and predicting the clinical prognosis.
