急性早幼粒细胞白血病免疫表型分析

Analysis of the immunophenotype of promyelocyte leukemias

目的：探讨免疫表型在急性早幼粒细胞白血病中的表达。方法：通过免疫荧光显微镜，利用单克隆抗体分析１４例Ｍ患者的妆诊免疫表型。结果：各髓泵抗原的表达率依次为ＣＤ３３〉ＣＤ１２〉ＣＤ１５。所有患者ＣＤ３阳性，但是不表达ＣＤ３４和ＨＬＡ＝ＤＲ，并且不表达ＣＤ２。结论：结合ＣＤ３抗原及其它免疫学标记的联合应用可为临床提供诊断依据。同时对于ＣＤ２＾＋是否可作为Ｍ３表型特征之一有特于积累更多病例方可评论。

Objective: To explore the expression of immunophenotyping in promyelocyte leukemias (M3). Methods: A panel of monoclonal antibodies and indirect immunofluorescen assay by fluoromicroscope was used to determine the pretherapy immunophenotype of 14 M_3 patientis. Results:The order of myeloid markers expression in M_3 was as follows: CD_33>CD_13>CD_15, CD_9 was high, but CD34. HLA-DR and CD2 were negative in all patients. Conclusion: Combination between the expression of CD_9 and other markers can provide basis for clinical diagnosis. Whether the expression of CD_2 is characteristic of M_3 remained further verification.
