Objective: Explore the rationality of the data from cross, over trial in current document tested with Rank sun test for comparing different phases. Methods: Analyzing the fact with principle of experimental design according to the method of Rank sun test after decomposing the effects of index. Result: The effects reflecting the test order of different phases be counteracted completely. Condusion: The current method of Rank sun test for comparing different phases in cross-over trial should be improved.,
