摘要
基于非线性有限元分析方法,以隔水导管螺纹接头为研究对象,对承载工况下不同标准齿形螺纹接头的抗拉能力进行分析,并采用改变螺纹锥度和改变螺纹螺距的方法对螺纹进行了优化。算例表明:隔水导管螺纹接头在拉伸载荷作用下,各螺纹牙应力分布不均匀,每个螺纹牙根部应力最大,且第1个螺纹牙根部存在严重的应力集中现象。通过改变螺纹的锥度和螺距,能够使隔水导管螺纹接头应力分布更加均匀,提高隔水导管螺纹接头的连接质量。
