摘要
为满足大悬点载荷、长冲程、低冲次及节能的要求,研制了一种新型塔架式抽油机。该抽油机采用开关磁阻电机驱动,皮带传动,配重箱平衡。控制系统涉及到多点定位问题,即要求在不同的定位点启动不同的运行方式。采用PLC进行定位控制,实现抽油机的加减速、换向控制,及不停机调整冲程和冲次。
To meet the requirements of the big horsehead load, long stroke, low speed and energy saving,a new type of derrick framed pumping unit was developed. The pumping unit with tower type structure uses switch magneto resistive motor to drive, belt to transmit, and weight box to balance. The control system involves multi-point positioning,that is,it requests to start different operating modes at different anchor point. Utilizing an algorithm,PLC control method is adopted in the orientation control to achieve the acceleration and deceleration, reversing control of vertical pumping unit,and adjusting the stroke and speed with no downtime.
