摘要
PDC钻头在钻遇硬地层时,扭矩波动较大、蹩跳钻现象严重,产生的剧烈振动载荷大幅降低了钻头的使用寿命,并降低了机械钻速。通过对国外先进PDC钻头扭矩控制技术的分析,提出了国内同类技术研究的建议。
PDC bit suffers serious fluctuating torque and bit bouncing in drilling hard rock, which limits the life-span of PDC bit and reduces the rate of penetration. By introducing and analyzing advanced PDC bit torque controlling technology,some adviees and references were given for thedevelopment a of domestic PIDC bit torque controlling technology.
