摘要
采用国产奥氏体不锈钢薄板为原材料进行试样拉伸模拟强化和模型压力容器应变强化。通过强化后的机械性能和组织比较发现:试样拉伸后,屈服强度增强,其他机械性能有不同程度的变化,但是都满足要求,组织没有产生马氏体相变;而模型容器的强化效果不如试样拉伸强化的效果明显,但机械性能的变化趋势一致,也没有发生马氏体相变。
The domestic austenitic stainless steel sheets were used to simulate both specimen tensioning and model vessel strain strengthening.Comparing mechanical properties and microstructures show that the yield strength of the tensioned specimen can be enhanced and no martensite phase change can be found in the microstructure although the mechanical property changes a little bit;and the strengthening effect of model vessel couldn't outperform that of the specimen tensioning although they both have the same mechanical changing trend.
