摘要
基于外压锥壳和圆筒连接处的加强结构设计原理,给出了设置加强圈时锥壳段稳定性设计方法,并指出在进行加强圈惯性矩计算时,可通过将加强圈及其中心线至相邻加强圈中心线距离之半范围内的锥壳处理成当量圆筒,再按外压圆筒加强圈所需惯性矩设计方法进行计算。通过实例进一步对锥形夹套容器的加强结构设计及加强圈在锥壳上的布置进行了系统的分析。
Basing on design principle for reinforced joint structure between externally-pressured conical shell and cylinder,the method of calculating conical section stability was presented to benefit installment of reinforcing rings.In calculation,the conical shell between reinforcing ring's central line and that within the scope of half distance to the adjacent reinforcing rings can be treated as equivalent cylinder,and then having it calculated in accordance with the design methods of inertial moment required by the reinforcing rings of externally-pressured cylinder.Examples were taken to analyze reinforced joint structure and the arrangement of reinforcing rings on conical shell.
