摘要
利用Ansys软件,按照实际工程的结构形式和尺寸建立SCR反应器的三维有限元模型,在考虑自重、烟气压力及风载等荷载的组合工况下,计算反应器各个构件的内力和整体变形,参考分析设计标准,校核数值模拟结果,为反应器结构的可靠性和优化措施提供了依据。
Making use of Ansys,the SCR reactor's three-dimensional finite element model was established in accordance with practical structure pattern and size;having self-weight,flue gas pressure and wind load considered,the stress and overall deformation of reactor were calculated and the numerical simulation results were verified with the analysis design standard.This provides the basis for the design of reliable SCR reactor and its optimization.
