摘要
针对目前驼峰调车场在车辆车轮有污染或雨雪天气情况下溜放车组出口超速及车辆减速器普遍存在的制动噪声问题,深入分析和研究溜放车组超速和减速器制动噪声产生的机理,结合试验室对复合制动夹板的摩擦性能试验,研制出适用于既有减速器安装的防超速降噪声制动梁。并根据上道样机各项性能的测试结果,对防超速降噪声制动梁的结构和对摩擦副材料、成分、组织及结构进行优化改进,最终成功研制出能满足车辆减速器各项性能要求的防超速降噪声的制动梁。
Due to the pollution on vehicle wheels or under rainy and snowy weather conditions,a hump yard may have some common problems,such as over speed of car unit rolling at the exit and brake noise caused by car retarder.An in-depth analysis was made on the mechanisms of those problems and a kind of brake beam suitable for existing retarder installation was developed in combination of friction performance test of complex brake splint in lab.According to the performance test results of a prototype,we optimized the structure of over-speed protection and noise reduction of the brake beam and improved the material,composition,and structure of the friction pair of the brake splint.Finally,we developed a new anti-over-speeding and noise-preventive brake beam that satisfies the performance requirements of current retarder installation.
