摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)分析猪瘦肉中的Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd、208Pb 6种重金属元素的方法,6种元素的检出限在0.0220~0.5501ng/g,相关系数均大于0.999,Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd相对标准偏差为1.3%~8.7%,Pb相对标准偏差为19.9%,回收率保持在95.7%~115.2%之间。
A microwave digestion/ICP-MS method was established for the determination of Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn, Cd and 2~sPb in lean pork. The limits of detection of this method for the six heavy metal elements ranged from 0.0220 to 0.5501 ng/g. The proposed calibration curve for each metal element showed a correlation coefficient exceeding 0.999. The precision (RSD) of six replicate determinations was 1.3%--8.7% for Cr, Mn, Cu, Zn and Cd and 19.9% for 2~8Pb. The recovery rates for all of these metal elements were in the range of 95.7%--115.2%.
