面神经干药物注射治疗面肌痉挛的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of hemifacial spasm by drugs injection into facial nerve trunk

目的：探讨面肌痉挛（HFS）的病因及改进药物注射（MI）治疗HFS的疗效。方法：分析206例HFS患者，随机分为两组，并对其疗效分别给予比较。结果：Z206例HFS平均随访时间为2．67年。治愈182例，治愈率90.27％，总有效率97．57％，平均治愈时间17．82天，优于其它疗法。其中治疗组（改良组）疗效更佳，169例，治愈率94.08％，平均治愈时间17.75天；对照组37例，治愈率62.16％，平均治愈时间24.96天。两组的治愈率及治愈时间相比有显著差异（P＜0．01）。提示同为MI，在同一条件下，其药物组成不同而疗效各异。结论：①继发于面瘫（FP）的HFS21例（10．19％），提示HFS的病因并非与“HFS是FP的后遗症”的说法相同。②改良组的治疗方法不仅简而易行，且治愈率高，治念时间短，代价低，痛苦小，是治疗HFS较理想的疗法，在治疗HFS时应推首选疗法。

Methods: Analyzing 206 cases of HFS which were randomoly divided into two groups and injectal with some different drugs into facial nerve trunk(FNT) with the simple- blind me thod and randomly - grouping principle. Resultisit: was found that the follow- up of an average of2.67 years. of the 206, 182 cases are cured, The curerate is 90.29%. The total validity - rate 97.57%. The average cure - time is 17.82 days, Its indicats that the method is better than other methods. Thereinto curetive effect of treatment-group (exprimentgroup) is better, Its cure - rate is 97.08%. But the comparison- group is 62.16%. Its an average of the treatment - group is 17.75 days and the comparison- group is 24.96 days. The formes better than the later (P < 0.01 ). Note that in the component of medicine is different, The curetive effect is different even if under the same condition and with same medication.Conclusions: ① The cases of convalsion of the flesh in flesh followed facial - paralysis (FP) are 21 eases, which is 10. 19% of the total. It shows that the pathogeng of the illness really differe from the parlence which is that HFS is the sequeda of FP. ② Not only the therapy of medicine- injection in FNT to cure HFS is simlpe and easy, but also its cure - rate is high and the cure - the short, the cost low, the suffering little. The method is the perfect cure to treat HFS. We recommond it as the first - selected therapy for HFS.
