本文以历史的视角,研究并发掘了度量衡文化的内涵、功能和特征,探寻了质量文化发展的一般规律,对发展先进质量文化提出了对策建议。
In the perspective of history, this essay discusses and explores the connotations, functions and features of metmlogy culture, seeks for the general regularities of quality culture development and proposes relevant countermeasures to develop advanced quality culture.
