循环经济发展离不开标准化的基础支撑,推动循环经济标准化发展符合我国经济社会发展的根本需求。文章从梳理循环经济标准化的理论基础入手,从多维度分析、阐述了标准化体系与循环经济发展的关系。分析得出:企业、政府、非营利性科研机构因参与标准化活动的诉求和动机的不同,在循环经济标准化中的角色定位与关注点也不同。

Recycling-economy development cannot leave the foundational support of standardization. Promoting the recycling-economy standardization development conform to China＇s fundamental requirement of economic and social development. This article combs the standardization of recycling-economy with the basic theory, from the multidimensional analysis, elaborate the relation between standardization system and the development of recycling- economy. It concludes.enterprises, government, non-profit scientific research institutions, for different demands and motivations in their participation in standardization activities, so in the standardization of recycling-economy the role orientation and concerns are different.
