How to Use the Standard Measure to Improve the Environmental Services Quality and Emission Reduction Efficiency on Management

目前,环境服务在中国的发展处于起步阶段,环境服务企业在全球化竞争和市场化转型过程中遇到了许多困难,以提高管理促进精细化减排的潜力尚未充分发挥。本文从对环境服务的概念和范围、环境管理和企业发展的角度入手,分析我国目前环境服务存在的问题与挑战,并借鉴发达国家的管理理念,提出了建立我国环境服务质量标准体系的路线图,为提高管理减排的实际效能提供了一个新思路。

Environmental services is still a new conception in China, Chinese enterprises which supply environmental services challenged by the global competitors and face the transformation process in domestic as well. Therefore, the potential on improving the management quality and promoting the fine emission reduction has not been fully realized. This paper started from the concept and scope of environmental services, environmental management and enterprise development, analyzed the China＇s current environmental service problems and challenges, draw lessons from developed countries＇ management theory, proposed a road map on establishing China＇s environmental services quality standard system, and provided a new train of thought to improve the actual effectiveness of the management.
