阳离子对CMC溶液流变特性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 CMC具有典型的聚电解质效应,外源性离子强度及离子种类会使其流变性质产生影响。本文通过高级旋转流变仪详细研究了不同盐(包括一价阳离子Na+、K+及二价阳离子Ca2+、Mg2+)及不同离子强度(离子浓度为0%1%)对CMC水溶液流变特性的影响。通过实验发现,Na+、K+、Ca2+及Mg2+明显影响CMC溶液的零剪切粘度、黏度、剪切稀化指数、黏度衰减特性及黏弹性特性(包括弹性模量G’、黏性模量G’’及损耗正切tan(delta)),并从微观结构上进行详细解析。同时,通过对CMC溶液进行频率扫描,研究了低频区与高频区的弹性模量与黏性模量随阳离子添加量的变化规律。另外,本文应用浊度仪及色度仪分别测定CMC溶液的浊度以及色度(包括L、a及b),研究了阳离子及其不同浓度对CMC水溶液浊度及色度特性的影响。 CMC has typical poly- electrolytic effect and its rheological properties are influenced by Exogenous ion strength and ion type. In this paper, the effects of different salts (including univalent cation Na+ , K+ and bivalent cation Ca2+ , Mg2+ ) and different ion strength (ion concentration is in range from 0%- 1% ) on the theological prop- erties of CMC solution are studied by the advanced rotational rheometer. According to the experimental results, the ion like Na + , K + , Ca2 + andmg2 + had obviously impact on the zero - shearing viscosity, viscosity, shearing thinning in- dex, viscosity damping and visco -elasticity including elastic module G', viscous module G'and loss tangent tan (del- ta). The mechanism was elaborated in the point of microstructure. Meanwhile, by frequency the scan of CMC, the re- lation between the dosage of cation and variation of elastic module G'and viscous module G'in low- frequency zone and high - zone were also studied. In addition, turbidity meter and color meter were used to measure the effect of cation and concentration on the turbidity and color (L, a, b).
