摘要
介绍铁路局车流实时监测软件的研制背景、设计思想和体系结构,阐述基于调度系统、确报系统、车站系统、运用车管理系统的车流信息采集和集成方案及功能实现技术。系统的开发为调度人员准确掌握区域现车分布,进行车流实时统计分析提供了应用平台,为车流调整、计划编制和作业组织提供决策支持。
This thesis introduced the development background,design ideas and architecture of the Regional Traffic Flow Monitoring System of railway administration.It was also elaborated the traffic flow information collection and integration solutions,the technologies of function implementation based on Dispatching System,Train List Information Reporting System,Station System as well as Serviceable Train Management System.The research and application of this System provided an application platform for dispatching staff to grasp the regional current train distribution and analyze the real time traffic flow.It was also provided decision support for traffic flow adjustment,planning and operational organization.
