摘要
目前,轴温探测系统(THDS)存在系统可靠性差,设备本身的故障率高、运行和维护成本偏高等问题,解决方法通常是加强对设备的管理、运用和检修。本文提出车辆轴温探测设备综合监测系统,对车辆轴温探测站的多种设备实施远程监测和控制,从而减小故障发生对检测准确性的影响。介绍系统的结构和设计原理,结合在大同—准格尔铁路上的运用,给出降低轴温探测设备故障率和维护成本的检测指标。应用实践证明,本系统具有一定的应用价值。
At Present,Trace Hotbox Detection System(THDS) had shortcomings such as poor system reliability,high equipment failure rate,high costs on operation and maintenance,and so on.The current solution was to strengthen the management,application and maintenance of the equipment.The paper proposed the Comprehensive Monitoring System of THDS,which offered remote control and monitoring of THDS,introduced the System's structure and design principle,then set an example of Dazhun Railway to analyze its detection indicators that reduce the equipment failure rate and maintenance cost.Practice proved that this System had a certain degree of application value.
