头盔显示器光学系统小型化设计

摘要 在满足设计指标和实际使用要求的基础上,在传统头盔显示器球面光学系统中引入非球面和自由曲面系统,校正系统像差,使头盔显示器光学系统更加简单和轻巧。应用Zemax软件,设计出了视场40°×30°;出瞳直径10mm;波长540~560nm;后截距大于3mm;分辨力33.3lp/mm空间频率处的调制传递函数(MTF)值大于0.1的离轴双通道头盔显示器光学系统。 On the basis of meeting the design index and application requirement, an aspheric and free form surface system is introduced to correct the aberrations to make helmet mounted display (HMD) smaller. By using Zemax software, an HMD optical system is developed with 40°×30° field of view, 10 mm exit pupil diameter, 540 - 560 nm wavelength range and modulation transfer function (MTF) higher than 0. 1 at the frequency of 33.3 lp/mm.
