机车增压器新标准可有效提升产品可靠性

New Standard of Locomotive Turbocharger Could Effectively Improve the Product Reliability

新标准TB/T1383—2011《内燃机车柴油机用涡轮增加压器》,主要在产品可靠性方面加大了考核力度,增加结构考核、冲击和振动、可靠性验证试验等检验项点。标准通过提高产品型式检验的考核力度要求,提升产品运用的可靠性。根据目前机车用增压器产品的技术水平及产品的发展趋势,通过合理减少出厂检验项目的考核时间,使产品在出厂检验时达到节能减排、提高生产效率的目的。文章介绍标准修订前后主要技术内容的变化情况。

The newly modified standard TB/T 1383—2011＂Turbocharger For Diesel Engine of Locomotive＂ mainly focuses on the product reliability. Several tests are added into the modified version including structure test, concussion vibration test,and reliability tests,etc. The modified standard,by adding intensive requirements on the tests of the product,would raise the reliability of the product. Meanwhile,considering the current technical level of turbocharger and its development trend,the new standard would reasonably reduce the product inspection time to achieve the goals of fuel saving and emission reduction,to enhance production efficiency. This paper covers main technical changes in the modification of the standard.
