摘要
采用DEENA土壤全自动消解系统对土壤进行前处理,用ICP-AES法对其中的重金属元素进行连续测定,回收率达到94%~103%,线性相关系数均不小于0.999 9,相对标准偏差在1.82%~4.08%之间。该方法灵敏度、精密度、准确度均能满足有关标准要求,具有多元素同时分析,样品前处理简单,干扰少、测定快速、准确等优点,可以提高工作效率,值得推广。
Use the DEENA automatic digestion system for pretreament of soil,use the method of ICP-AES in the continuous detecting for heavy metals,the recoveries of elements are 94%-103%,and linearity correlation r≥0.9999,the relative standard deviation are1.82%-4.08%.The sensitivity、precision and accuracy of the method can meet the demands of the concerned standards.The method has the advantages of multi-element analysis,simplicity of sample pretreament,and the interferences were low.It can improve work efficiency,so it is worth spreading.
