摘要
目的 :研究钛 - 75 (钛铝钼锆 )合金的组织相容性。方法 :成年杂种犬 8只 ,分别于犬双侧后腿股骨内侧手术植入种植体 ,一侧为纯钛 ,另一侧为钛 - 75合金。分别于术后 3,6 ,12 ,2 4个月处死动物 ,肉眼观察种植体表面 ,摄 X线片观察种植体 -骨界面。采用顶出试验测试种植体 -骨界面的结合强度。结果 :钛 - 75种植体表面与纯钛一样在不同种植程期中均具有良好的光泽 ;各观察期中 ,钛 - 75与纯钛种植体 -骨界面 X线表现相似 ,均无骨质破坏征象 ,可见皮质骨增生 ;同一观察期中 ,钛 - 75合金与纯钛种植体 -骨界面结合强度比较无差异。 结论 :钛 - 75具有与纯钛相近的良好的组织相容性和结合强度。
Objective: To study the biocompatibility of Ti 75(TiAlMoZr). Methods: Eight adult mongrel dogs received Ti 75 bars and pure titanium bars surgically in their femora. The dogs were sacrificed at 3, 6, 12, and 24 months post implantation respectively. The implanted bars were observed by naked eye. The interfaces of the implant bone were checked with the radiograph. The push out test was used to measure the implant bone integrate strength. Results: (1) Not only the faces of titanium bars but also the faces of Ti 75 bars were bright. (2) In the 4 different periods X ray showed that the implant bone interface had no bone absorption but had ostiosis. (3) In the same periods the implant bone bond strength of Ti 75 was similar with that of pure titanium. Conclusion: In this experiment the appearance of Ti 75 and pure titanium is similar in terms of biocompatibility.
