佛山产业转移背景下的企业行为研究

Research on Corporate Behavior under the Background of Industrial Transfer in Foshan

从企业的角度对佛山产业转移背景下的企业行为进行研究,分析企业在产业转移中存在的问题,通过博弈分析为企业在产业转移政策下实现企业价值最大化应采取的积极行为提供决策参考,促使企业持续经营和增强核心竞争力,同时也为政府制定有关促进产业转移政策、调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式,实现佛山经济持续、健康、快速发展提供参考意见。

In this paper, the Corporate Behavior has been studied under the background of industrial transfer in Foshan from the perspective of the enterprise. The existing problems during industrial trans- fer have been analyzed. By game analysis, some references to decision- making about the positive behavior taken to achieve maximized business value for enterprises have been provided. It will promote sustainable operations and enhance the core competitiveness, also provide a reference for the government to make the policy for promoting the industrial transferring, to adjust the industrial structure, to change the mode of economic growth and eventually to realize the sustainable , healthy and rapid economic development in Foshan city.
