摘要
目的 探讨中等分子物质 (MMS)及花生四烯酸代谢产物在眼碱烧伤中的作用机制。方法 采用放射免疫分析法 ,紫外吸收法 ,房水微量测定法 ,检测了正常家兔房水中及碱烧伤后不同时间房水中的中等分子量物质及花生四烯酸代谢产物—丙二醛 (MDA) ,血栓素B2 (TXB2 ) ,前列腺素E1 (PGE1 ) ,6 酮 前列腺F1α(6 kero PGF1α)变化。结果 碱烧伤后不同时间房水中各成分含量均升高。结论 以上各因素在碱烧伤后不同时期均发挥一定作用 ,且相互作用 ,这对指导临床在不同时期使用适宜的药物治疗 ,提高疗效具有理论意义和使用价值。
ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism of inflammatory mediators in alkali burned rabbits eyes.MethodsThe levels of middle molecular substances(MMS),maiondialdehyde(MDA),prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1),thromboxane B 2(TXB 2),and their different metabolic times after alkali burns on rabbits eyes were determined by radioimmunoassay,ultraviolet absorption.ResultsThe levels of PGE 1 was highest in all of tested components and then sequential were MMS and MDA,PGE 1,TXB 2,6 kero prostaglandin F 1α(6 kero PGF 1α) was increased significantly in aqueous humor in alkali burned rabbits.ConclusionThe study suggested that there was relationship between clinical pathological process and the chemical components production in different stages of alkali burn in rabbits eye.The results are significant and valuable to guide treatment of ocular alkali burn.
