摘要 目的 观察兔慢性高眼压下内核层细胞的改变。方法  10只中国家兔 ,每只兔一眼前房注入 2 5 %甲基纤维素 0 2ml,另眼注射生理盐水 0 2ml作为对照眼 ,每周注射 1次。 4周后取眼球作光镜及电镜检查 ,观察神经节细胞及内核层细胞改变。结果 模型眼节细胞及内核层细胞出现变性、灶状坏死、数目减少。对照眼节细胞平均 (17 90±2 33) /10格 ,内核层细胞 (14 5 0± 2 12 ) /格 ;模型眼节细胞 (8 0 0± 1 6 3) /10格 ,内核层细胞 (11 10± 1 79) /格 ,模型眼和对照眼的节细胞及内核层细胞计数均有明显的差异。结论 兔眼内核层细胞在慢性高眼压下出现变性、死亡、数目减少。 ObjectiveTo observe the changes of inner nuclear layer (INL) cells in rabbits’ retina with experimental glaucoma.MethodsTen Chinese rabbits were used in the research.2 5% methylcellulose 0 2 ml was injected into one eye of each rabbit to elevate intraocular pressure (IOP),and the other eye of the rabbit was received with 0 2 ml normal saline as the control.The injection was repeated once a week.For histology studies,rabbits were killed and the eyes were enucleated at the end of four weeks.Light and electron microscopy were used to study the retina.With an ocular frame,ganglions (10 Lattice) and INL(1 Lattice) cells were counted by light microscopy.Pair test was performed to analyze the result of cell numbers.ResultsThere were karyopyknosis,chromatin and nuclear membrane rapture in ganglion cells,some of INT cells were marked lytic changes.The numbers of ganglion and INL cells was decreased.In control eyes,ganglion cells were (17 90±2 33)/10?L,and INL cells were (14 50±2 12)/L;while in experimental eyes,ganglion cells were (8 00±1 63)/10?L and INL cells were (11 10±1 79)/L.The numbers of ganglions and INL cells were significantly different between two groups.ConclusionsThe results showed that there were INL cells degeneration and death in rabbit retina after elevated IOP,which suggest that INL cells may be lost in condition of glaucoma.
