摘要
某教学办公楼屋顶采用高空悬挑钢支架结构进行施工。此种钢支架结构具有跨度大、高度高、双层悬挑和悬挑范围广、施工难度大等特点。根据该工程的上述特点,使用SAP 2000、QCAD 3.0软件对结构进行设计计算,对结构的强度、刚度特征、稳定性、挠度以及变形等进行分析。工程实践表明:钢支架设计受力合理,满足设计要求,达到了安装承载的目的。
Steel formwork support for suspended structure at high altitude was adopted for the construction of the roof of a teaching and office building. The steel formwork support has such features as large span, high altitude, double layer and wide range cantilever and great difficulty in construction. According to which, SAP 2000 software and QCAD 3.0 software were used to design and calculate the structure, and also analyzed its load combination, strength, feature of stiffness, stability, deflection and deformation, etc. The engineering practice showed that the design of the steel formwork was rational and achieved its design aim of installation and bearing reasonable loads.
