摘要
多层大型框架柱上牛腿层次多,数量大。牛腿与主梁连接一般为栓、焊连接。在栓接中,一组牛腿与主梁腹板上连接孔数量多达180个。运用两种安装制作方法,考虑各种变形影响因素,采取防变形、反变形及正确选取基准、合理划线消除变形等相应质量控制措施,保证了工程安装制作穿孔率满足设计要求。
On multilayer large frame columns,there are many levels of brackets. In general,bracket connects with the main beam by welding and bolt. In bolt connection, the number of connecting holes for a group of brackets and a girder web is more than 180. It was introduced two kinds of installation and production methods. With factors influencing all kinds of deformations being taken into account, the corresponding quality control measures were taken, including prevention of deformation, antideformation, correct selection of base, reasonable scribing and elimination of deformation, etc, it was ensured that the perforation rate of installation could meet the design requirements.
