摘要
在分析长青自然保护区林业执法环境及存在问题的基础上,提出了改善保护区执法环境、提高执法人员素质、完善执法管理制度等保护区林业行政执法改进对策。
Based measures were ment rules and on the analysis of the problems in administration and legal enforcement, improvement put forward regarding the legal enforcement environment, personnel quality, manage- regulations.
