新农村建设与西部地区开发是我国经济社会发展计划"十二五"期间的基本国策,本文分别从西部地区新农村电气化建设的重要意义、目前开发建设中存在的问题以及相应的解决对策机制对西部地区新农村电气化建设进行了分析,以供西部新农村电力建设部门进行参考。

New Rural Construction and Western Region Development are the basic state policies of China＇s economic and social development during the ＂12th Five-Year＂plan,in this article,the significance of the construction of a new rural electrification in the western region,the existing problems of current development as well as the corresponding countermeasures mechanism in the construction of new western rural electrification were analyzed,and western new rural construction sector can utilize it for reference.
