犍为县清溪镇土地流转现状与对策研究

Jianwei county Qinxi town land floating present situation and countermeasure research

土地作为农村最基本的生产资料,不仅关系到农民的切身利益,同时更关系到农村经济的快速、健康发展。在当前的政策框架下,建立规范的土地流转市场,形成合理的土地流转,对我国农村经济的发展将起到积极的促进作用。本文以四川省犍为县清溪镇为例,重点从当地土地流转现状、特点、问题等方面加以分析。针对当地实际情况,结合当地有利因素,提出适合当地土地流转的政策建议。

The land as rural the most basic means,is not only related to the immediate interests of farmers,but also related to the rapid and healthy development of the rural economy.Under the current policy framework,establing norms of land transfering market,forming a reasonable land transfering style will play a positive role in promoting the development of rural economy in China.It makes Qingxi town of Qianwei County,Sichuan province as an example in this article.And focusing on local land transference status quo,characteristics,problems and other aspects to be analysed.For the situation on the ground,combined with local factors,the author will make suitable for local land policy recommendations.
