摘要
生物医药行业是我国七大战略性新兴产业之一,生物医药上市公司作为生物医药行业的代表,其财务指标是评价公司的主要信息来源。因子分析方法能够有效解决当前一般评价方法存在的评价指标过多或过少、指标相关性明显、指标权重赋值主观性等问题。本文运用此法对111家生物医药上市公司进行实证分析,并引入"累积收益率、资产规模"两指标来解释其价值逻辑,可为生物医药类上市公司的经营决策和投资者投资决策、政府监管提供依据。
The bio-pharmaceutical industry is the o-ne of the seven major strategic emerging industries,the listed companies of the bio-pharmaceutical industry are the representatives of the bio-pharmaceutical industry and their financial indicators are the cardinal source of the company evaluation.Factor analysis method can effectively solve the problem such as the number of evaluation index,the distinctness of relativity of index,and the subjectivity of assignment to weight.The 111 listed biopharmaceutical companies＇s financial performance are evaluated by factor analysis method with spss16.0 for windows,in the mean time,＂cumulative return index,capital size index＂are introduced to explain the value of logic.This empirical study of the listed bio-pharmaceutical companies can provide strategic foundation for the investors,operators and government supervisors.
