本文结合中国科技开发院科技企业孵化器连锁经营的探索与实践,浅述了孵化器连锁经营的概念、个性特征、与其它相关组织形式的区别以及经营优势与现实意义,介绍了孵化器连锁经营的运作方式、初步成效、存在问题,并对孵化器连锁经营工作提出了相应建议,为开展孵化器连锁经营工作提供启示与借鉴。

With the development and practice of chain-store operations of China Academy of Science Technology Development＇s enterprise incubators,to further reveal and draw lessons from the relative work,this article gives brief introduction to the concept,characteristics,difference between other forms of organizations,management advantage and realistic significance of enterprise incubator＇s chain-store operations,it also gives a reference to operation mode,result of initial achievement,existing problems and suggestions of chain-store operations.
