CVIQ对40例弦脉与非弦脉桡动脉血流的测定

40 Cases of Determination on Radial Artery Blood Flow of Wiry Pulse and Non-wiry Pulse by CVIQ

应用彩色超声诊断仪——惠普 850 0中的 CVIQ功能(彩色速度成像定量化 ) 对 2 0例弦脉者的桡动脉及 2 0例非弦脉者的桡动脉进行了定量化分析 ,结果是弦脉者的桡动脉血流收缩期最大峰值速度S、阻力指数 RI、血流加速斜率 AS及血容量 VOLT均明显高于非弦脉者 ,而舒张期最大峰值速度却低于非弦脉者。这就证实了弦脉的特点 :端直以长 ,如张弓弦 ,按之不移 ,绵绵如按琴弦 ,即按之如弓弦或琴弦 ,左右不动 ,在指下有挺然直进的感觉。以往对脉象学的研究缺少一种定量化的方法 ,而彩色多普勒超声中的彩色速度成像定量化这一功能正好弥补了这一缺陷 ,将为中医脉象学的研究提供了一种全新的方法——无创伤性的、直观的、定量的科学方法。

Radial artery blood flow in 20 cases of wiry pulse group and 20 cases of non wiry pulse group has been analyzed by color velocity image quantity.The results show that S,RI,AS and VOLT in wiry pulse group are all higher than those in the control group except D.A quantitative method is once empty in pulse study,CVIQ has remedied this defect and become a new method—a non harm,visual,quantitative and scientific method.
