中西药有机结合运用模式初探

Early Study of Application Models by Effective Combination of East-West Drugs

中西药物合用 ,是中西医结合临床使用的普通方法 ,但它并非只是将二者叠加使用 ,而是在优势互补的原则下 ,实现二者的有机结合。笔者总结探讨了临床上中西药物有机结合的四种运用模式。“减毒增效”模式是指中药能减轻西药的毒副作用 ,增强西药的治疗作用 ;“菌毒并治”模式是指西药的杀菌作用与中药清热活血 ,消除细菌内毒素作用的结合 ;中西药分期运用模式 ,是将西药抗病原微生物与中药整体调节作用结合起来 ;而中药西用即是运用现代药理研究成果 ,开拓中药运用思路的有效方法。

Combined usage of East West drugs is an ordinary method in East West clinical practices.Actually,it is not merely used both two sides one atop another,but intends to make both two meet together by following principle of blending two sides' advantages.The author has studied and summerized four application models by effective combination of East West drugs in clinical practices.Model 1 shows that using eastern drugs not only can decrease western ones' side effects,but also increase their treating qualities.Model 2 refers to combination of western drugs' antibacteria effect and eastern effects of low temperature,activate blood system and clear off bacteria harmful factors.Model 3 demonstrates that eastern and western drugs should be used in different periods,to get effective combination of western drug antibacteria and eastern general adjustment in body functions.The last model is to emphasize on using eastern drugs in western ways according to modern medicine researching results.It's a effective way to broaden our thoughts in eastern drugs' usage.
