中西医结合治疗婴儿腹泻疗效观察

The clinical observation of using traditional Chinesemedicine and western medicine together in treating neonatal diarrhea

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗婴儿腹泻临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析2010年2月～2011年2月我院门诊婴儿腹泻患者168例,并将其随机分为2组,每组84例。对照组患儿使用西医治疗方法,观察组患儿在西医治疗的基础上,配合中医治疗。[结果]观察组(98.81%)比对照组(72.62%)疗效好(P<0.05),疗程短(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗婴儿腹泻疗效好,疗程短,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To explore and analyze the clinical curative effect and feasibility of using traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine together in the treatment of diarrhea in newborn babies.[Methods]A retrospective analysis was conducted on 168 cases with neonatal diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2011.All subjects were divided into group A and group B,84 cases in each group.Western treatment was given to both groups.While on the basis of western treatment,coordinated traditional Chinese medicine was given to group B as observation group.[Results]The curative effects were better and the treatment course was shorter in observation group than in control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Combined traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine as a treatment to neonatal diarrhea patients has pretty good curative effect,short treatment course,and has no side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
