As an emerging professional,financial engineering needs the help of the teaching team to improve the professional building.Based on the elaborating four elements of teaching team,this paper explores the entry point of financial engineering teaching team from professional building,construction of professional courses,the construction of practical courses and research project of teaching.Finally,this paper makes an analysis of operating mechanism of the teaching team.
