皮肤物理抗菌膜治疗失禁患者会阴部湿疹的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察应用皮肤物理抗菌膜对大小便失禁患者会阴部湿疹进行局部皮肤护理的效果。方法应用皮肤物理抗菌膜对52例因失禁导致会阴部湿疹患者进行局部皮肤护理,观察并记录会阴部湿疹消除情况。结果其中36例患者治愈,愈合时间为(3.00±0.81)d;12例显效;4例好转。总有效率为100%。结论采用皮肤物理抗菌膜能有效治愈失禁患者会阴部湿疹,可以尝试在临床进一步推广。 Objective To evaluate the effects of a new physical antimicrobial method on perineal eczema in fecal and urine incontinence patients. Methods Fifty-two patients with confirmed incontinence-induced perineal eczema were given routine care and local perineal spray(using JUC Long-acting Antimicrobial Material), 3 sprays each time ,3 times daily. Then the elimination and healing time of perineal eczema were observed. Results Among these patients,36 were healed,12 had marked effects,and 4 had improved conditions. The total effective rate was 100% and the healing time was(3.00_+0.81) days. Conclusion The patent technology of Physical Antimierobial Film on Skin as a local therapy can effectively treat perineal eczema and improve the quality of life for incontinence patients.
