Local Position and World Vision——Review of the Overseas Chinese Literature Research

海外华文文学与中国本土文学的发生学基础不同,文化背景、表述策略、史料系谱等诸多方面决定相关研究必须体现出契合自身特征的学术话语和规范。提升海外华文文学研究的学术品质问题近年来颇受学界关注,由于研究对象存在世界性与跨越性的交织,决定了研究视野应当保持开阔和开放。海外华文文学既是"语种的华文文学",也是"文化的华文文学",有着和而不同、自足自立的内在意义与特质。恰当的切入点就是指向问题的关键所在,自觉融会新知既是对人类已有学术成果的尊重和借鉴,也是推动研究本身走向新境界的必经之途。

There are different genesis foundations between overseas Chinese literature and the local Chinese literature, and the cultural background,formulation of strategy,historical pedigree and other aspects decide that the related research must embody the academic discourse and standard which combine with its own characteristics. It has aroused big concern about the problem of enhancing academic quality of the overseas Chinese literature research in academic circle in recent years.As the study objects cover worldwide and trans-boundary typicality,the research vision should be kept wide and open.The overseas Chinese literature is not only ＂the language of Chinese Literature＂,but also ＂the culture of Chinese literature＂,and its intrinsic meaning and characteristics is ＂harmonious but not uniform＂,self-sufficient and self-dependant.Appropriate entry point is the key to the problem,integrating new knowledge consciously is not only a respect and reference to the academic achievements that humankinds have owned,but also the only way to put forward the research to a new level.
