中国的宪政问题是中国法治国家建设中非常重要的政治法律理论问题和实践问题。宪政是法治的应有之义;宪政是法治发展的高级阶段;宪政的核心内核是对权力的配置和制约;宪政的基础应该是民主制度和法治的完善;宪法的实施关系到宪政的实现问题。

The constitutional issue is a very important theoretical and practical one during Chinese construction of the rule of law.Constitutionalism is the proper meaning of the rule of law;constitutionalism is the advanced stage of the development of the rule of law;the core kernel of constitutionalism is to distribute and check the power;the foundation of constitutionalism should be the perfection of democratic system and the rule of law;the implementation of Constitution relates to the realization of the constitutionalism.
