四川省132家企业职业健康监护现状调查

Present situation investigation of occupational health surveillance in 132 enterprises in Sichuan

目的为安全监管和科学指导职业病防治工作、合理制定职业病危害因素的预防控制措施提供依据。方法按照GBZ 188-2007《职业健康监护技术规范》,根据不同接触职业病危害因素种类选择健康监护项目,对四川省内5个地区132家企业2 972名接触有毒有害工种作业人员进行职业健康检查。结果受检对象接触职业病危害因素主要包括粉尘、噪声、高温、苯系物、铅、汞、锰、酸等。检查出职业相关性疾病共44人,其中职业禁忌证37人,疑似职业病7人,均发生在26家企业中。结论小型个体私营矿山企业职业健康监护现状令人担忧。部分企业存在明显的职业病危害因素粉尘所致职业病危害最大。噪声对劳动者健康产生一定的影响,企业必须采取有效的职业病防治措施,预防控制职业病的发生。

[Objective]To provide a basis for safety supervision and scientific guidance of occupational disease prevention,as well as reasonable development of prevention and control measures for occupational hazard factors.[Methods]Based on the Technical specifications for occupational health surveillance（GBZ 188-2007）,the health surveillance projects were selected according to different types of occupational hazards,and the occupational physical examination was conducted in 2972 workers exposed to poisonous and harmful factors from 132 enterprises of 5 regions in Sichuan.[Results]The main occupational hazard factors included dust,noise,high temperature,benzene series,lead,mercury,manganese,acid and so on.Among 44 workers had related occupational diseases,37 suffered from occupational contradiction,7 had suspected occupational diseases,and all of them have worked in 26 enterprises.[Conclusion]The present situation of occupational health surveillance in small-scale private mining enterprises is worrying.There are significant occupational hazards in some enterprises,and the occupational hazards caused by dust are the most serious.Noise has a certain impact on laborers＇ health.The enterprises must adopt effective measures of occupational disease prevention to prevent and control the occupational diseases.
